Our Story
Why we do not fix anything
We started out planning to treat roofs, and changed our minds. Once you are holding keys to empty houses, being the company that both finds the problems and profits from fixing them is a conflict you cannot argue your way out of. So we removed it. We inspect, we report, we refer, and the trade invoices you directly. It is a smaller business than the one we first sketched out, and it is the one we would want if the empty house were ours.
