Where we monitor
Three clusters, served properly.
The drive between properties is most of what a visit costs. So we run tight routes through three areas rather than claiming the whole Island and arriving late to all of it.

Southern Vancouver Island
Each one is a route we can actually run in a working day, which is what makes a reliable visit window possible.
Greater Victoria
The urban core and its older housing stock, including character homes held by owners living elsewhere and properties sitting through probate.

Outside these three?
Tell us anyway. The Gulf Islands, the Cowichan Valley and mid-Island all have plenty of properties standing empty, and not much serving them. What we will not do is take the work and quietly absorb a ninety-minute drive, because that is how visits start getting skipped.
So we will either quote the travel honestly, or say it does not work yet and tell you when it might.
