Do you monitor properties in Westshore?
Yes. Westshore is one of our three route clusters, covering Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, Sooke and Highlands. Because we run a set route through the area, properties here get a reliable visit window rather than whenever we happen to be nearby.
How quickly can someone get to my Westshore property if something is wrong?
Faster than from outside the cluster, which is the practical reason we sell by area rather than Island-wide. Urgent findings are phoned through the same day, and where a trade is needed we work with people who already cover Westshore.
Do you cover properties just outside Westshore?
Sometimes, and we will tell you straight away rather than quietly absorbing the drive. Outside a cluster we either quote the travel honestly or say it does not work, because a route that does not make sense is one we would end up cutting corners on.
