Cadence and scope are the only two things that change the price, because they are the only two things that change the work.
Our rates are set from what a route actually costs, and we are still measuring that on real properties rather than guessing at it. Tell us where the property is and we will come back the same day with a number we can stand behind.
We would rather explain this than publish a figure we might have to walk back.

Paying up front
Pay twelve months up front and 2 of them are free. It is a straight discount for cash, and we would rather be plain about why we offer it than dress it up as a loyalty benefit: a new business needs cash at the start, and you are the one lending it.
You can also pay monthly and stop whenever. Nobody is tied in, and a plan that has to hold you in place is one that was not worth buying.
The drive between properties is most of what a visit costs, so we serve three route clusters properly rather than the whole Island badly. If you are outside one, we will tell you straight away and either quote the travel honestly or say it does not work.

Scope. Watch covers the exterior, the grounds and the entry points. Watch Full adds an interior walkthrough, which is where damp, leaks, pests and anything with a smell get caught. Same visit frequency, different amount of house.
For a house empty over the winter, monthly with an interior check is the usual answer. Bi-weekly is worth it when the property is empty year-round or a long way from anyone who could respond. Weekly is generally an insurance requirement rather than a preference.
Yes. Plenty of properties only stand empty for part of the year, and paying for visits nobody needs is a good way to lose a customer. Tell us the pattern and we will price for it.
Because neither one predicts what a visit costs. What costs money is how long we are on site and how far we drove to get there, and cadence and scope are the only two things that move those. A price you cannot check for yourself is a price you end up arguing about.
Tell us how the property is left and we will recommend one. If the honest answer is that you do not need a plan, that is what we will say.
